Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pars Lunae Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority, but due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy. Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellations will not be accepted. We also do not offer exchanges, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases: if your order has not been delivered, if you have received the wrong product, or if the product arrives damaged. In such cases, customers must provide clear photo proof to support their claim. However, refunds will not be granted if the product has been used or opened, as we cannot resell cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns. Additionally, refunds will not be processed for orders where the customer has provided an incorrect address, or if there are delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

If you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@parslunaebeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review the request, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. By placing an order with Pars Lunae Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
